The moon is Earth's only satellite and the effect it has on the planet is quite significant. The moon has long been known to influence the tides and the waters of the planet. With the planet as well as our bodies (as within so without) being vast majority water the moon has a profound effect on us all. Psychologically speaking it describes the state of our wavering emotions, and the inner desire for comfort and security. The Moon corresponds to the Mother, water, and our memory. Anatomically the moon represents the eyes, breast and stomach
